The Varta is an infantry mobility vehicle designed and built by the Ukrainian Armor company of Ukraine. It was debuted in February 2019 at the International Defense Exhibition and Conference in Abu Dhabi, alongside the related Novator rapid intervention vehicle. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine granted Ukrainian Armor LLC the right to independently export its products, supporting the vehicle's production.
