The Cadillac Gage LAV-300, originally named the V-300, is a family of American light armored vehicles offered in up to fifteen configurations, developed as a private venture by Cadillac Gage beginning in 1979. Production ran from 1983 to 1994, yielding 103 vehicles in total, each weighing about 14,696 kilograms, powered by a 260-horsepower Cummins diesel engine, and capable of 105 kilometers per hour on roads with a crew of three plus nine passengers. The vehicle and its variants were marketed for years by successor company Textron Marine and Land Systems before being withdrawn from active marketing by 2020.
