TL-10

The TL-10 is the export designation of the Chinese YJ-9, a lightweight anti-ship and air-to-surface missile manufactured by Hongdu Aviation Industry Corporation, also marketed as the FL-8. Development began in the mid-1990s, inspired by the Falklands War demonstration of helicopter-launched anti-ship missiles and Chinese interest in a comparable capability for the Taiwan Strait, and the missile was publicly unveiled at the 2004 Zhuhai Airshow. It weighs 105 kilograms, is 2.5 meters long, carries a 30 kilogram warhead, and has an operational range of 4 to 25 kilometers with radar or infrared guidance options.
