The 3M11 Fleyta, given the NATO reporting name AT-2 Swatter and improved in later versions designated 9M17 Falanga, is a Soviet manually command-guided anti-tank missile designed by the Nudelman OKB-16 design bureau. It was accepted for service in 1964 after being demonstrated to Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev that September, and its later variants carried the NATO designations AT-2A, AT-2B and AT-2C as the system was progressively improved.
