The OTR-21 Tochka is a Soviet tactical ballistic missile, with the GRAU designation 9K79 and the NATO reporting name SS-21 Scarab. One missile is carried and raised for launch on a 9P129 transporter erector launcher vehicle, and the missile uses an inertial guidance system.
