Trembita (cruise missile)

Trembita is a Ukrainian surface-to-surface cruise missile built by the company PARS, revealed publicly in April 2023 as a low-cost weapon developed during Ukraine's war with Russia. It uses a pulsejet engine, an unusual propulsion choice that gives it a structural resemblance to the German V-1 flying bomb of the Second World War, and it was designed and entered production in 2023. Costing around 10,000 dollars to build, far less than the missiles needed to shoot it down, it is meant for mass production, potentially up to 1,000 units a month, and can serve either as an attack weapon or as a decoy to saturate enemy air defenses.
