Shahed-136 Drone

The Shahed-136 is an Iranian-designed loitering munition, commonly described as a kamikaze or suicide drone, developed by the Iranian state aerospace manufacturer HESA together with Shahed Aviation Industries as a low-cost, autonomous, propeller-driven aircraft that flies to a designated target area and destroys itself on impact by detonating its onboard warhead, rather than returning to base after its mission. Unlike a conventional bomb-carrying aircraft, the Shahed-136 is itself the expendable weapon, built cheaply and in large numbers so that it can be launched in mass salvos to overwhelm an adversary's air defenses through sheer volume of simultaneous attacks. The type has also been produced and used under the Russian designation Geran-2, reflecting Russian domestic manufacture and use of the design in addition to its original Iranian origin.
