The W93 is an American nuclear warhead planned to replace the W76 and W88 warheads carried on United States Navy submarines beginning in 2034. It will be carried aboard the new Columbia-class submarines using a new aeroshell called the Mark 7 reentry body, designed by Los Alamos National Laboratory, which will also house the United Kingdom's parallel Astraea warhead for its Dreadnought-class submarines.
