The LFK NG, short for Lenkflugkorper Neue Generation, was a short-range surface-to-air missile developed for the German Army by MBDA Germany and Diehl Defence, intended to replace the Roland air defense system and supplement the Ozelot platform. It featured an infrared homing seeker able to detect targets with a very low infrared signature but was cancelled around 2011 as part of Germany SysFla air-defense program before ever entering service.
