Sedjil (air-to-air missile)

Sedjil is an Iranian semi-active radar-homing air-to-air missile made by the Self-Sufficiency Jihad Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force, adapted from the surface-to-air MIM-23 Hawk. It weighs approximately 500 kilograms, is about 5 meters long and 40 centimeters in diameter, with an effective range estimated at 150 to 200 kilometers and a speed of roughly Mach 4 to 5.
