Naval Vessels And Torpedoes

The 3-inch/50-caliber gun is a United States naval gun that fired a 3-inch (76mm) projectile from a barrel fifty calibers long. Various Mark-numbered versions of the gun armed a wide range of U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard combatant and transport ships from 1900 through 1990, and it remains in service with the Spanish Navy aboard Serviola-class patrol boats.
