The Remington Model 552 Speedmaster is a blowback-operated, self-loading semi-automatic rifle that fires .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle cartridges from a tubular magazine under the barrel. It was designed by L.R. Crittendon and E.W. Hailston and manufactured by Remington Arms from 1957 to 2020. The rifle weighs about 2.6 kilograms and measures roughly 100 centimeters overall with a 56 centimeter barrel.
