Astra 600

The Astra 600 is a Spanish semi-automatic pistol made by Astra-Unceta y Cia, created in 1943 at the request of the German government as a shortened variant of the Astra 400 chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum. Issued to the German Wehrmacht as the Pistole Astra 600/43, about 59,400 were produced before manufacturing ended, with surviving pistols later used by West German police and other armed forces.
