The FN Browning M1900, known as the FN M1900, is a single action semi-automatic pistol designed in 1898 by John Browning for Fabrique Nationale de Herstal and produced in Belgium at the turn of the twentieth century, notable as the first production handgun to use a slide. Chambered in .32 ACP with a seven round box magazine, roughly 724,450 were manufactured between 1900 and 1911, and the design blowback operating principle shaped the pistols that followed it.
