Semi-Automatic Pistols of Germany

This is a child group of Semi-Automatic Pistols, collecting the Small Arms And Sidearms subcategory's semi-automatic pistols designed and manufactured in Germany: the early Bergmann and Borchardt toggle-lock designs that predate the First World War, the Mauser and Sauer service pistols of the interwar and Second World War periods, and the modern Heckler and Koch lineup spanning the HK4, HK45 and Mark 23, together with the more recent FGC-9 partially 3D-printed design. With 23 attested members this reflects Germany's own continuous, century-spanning role in semi-automatic pistol design, from the earliest commercially successful toggle-lock actions through today's polymer-framed service pistols.
