Pindad P3

Small Arms And Sidearms

The Pindad P3 is a double action and single action semi-automatic pistol made by the Indonesian firm PT Pindad. It was designed as a compact and unobtrusive handgun for self-defense rather than as a full-size service sidearm. It is chambered in .32 ACP and holds twelve rounds in its magazine. Its layout is Beretta-like, with a frame-mounted safety, and it resembles a compact version of the Taurus PT92. The sight is a tritium three dot sight, the same type used on the earlier Pindad P1 and P2 pistols, which keeps the sight picture usable in low light. The P3 therefore belongs to a small family of Indonesian-made handguns that share common design features and sights.
