The Mk 13 rifle is built on the Accuracy International Chassis System version 2.0 mated to a long-action Remington 700 receiver, with a folding stock and an adjustable cheekpiece suited to night vision and telescopic sights. The design allows the rifle to be carried flat against the back and used comfortably by both left- and right-handed shooters.
