The Gothic conquest of Galicia was a prolonged conflict fought between 569 and 585 between the Visigothic king Liuvigild and the Suebi Kingdom of Galicia in the Iberian Peninsula. The war ended in the defeat of the Suebi kingdom, which Liuvigild annexed into the Visigothic Kingdom in 585.
