The ALKA is a Turkish directed-energy weapon system combining electromagnetic and laser weapons, developed by Roketsan and first unveiled at the 2019 IDEF exhibition. It was used to destroy a Wing Loong II unmanned aerial vehicle, reported as the first known combat use of a vehicle-mounted laser weapon to destroy another combat vehicle under wartime conditions.
