Semi-Automatic Pistols of Russia and the Soviet Union

This is a child group of Semi-Automatic Pistols, collecting the Small Arms And Sidearms subcategory's semi-automatic pistols whose own record traces them to Russia or the Soviet Union: the Makarov PM, the standard Soviet and later Russian sidearm for decades, its MP-443 Grach and MP-446 Viking successors developed as its eventual replacement, the Korovin pistol, the GSh-18 and the compact OTs-21 Malysh concealment pistol built around the Soviet-designed PSM cartridge. The 8 members here trace Soviet and Russian service pistol design from the mid twentieth century through the post-Soviet successor programs of the 1990s and 2000s.
