The 2B14 Podnos is an 82mm mortar designed and manufactured in the Soviet Union by the Gorky Engineering Plant in Nizhny Novgorod, built as a man portable indirect fire weapon for airborne and light infantry forces. Designed in 1983, it entered Soviet service during the 1980s.
