The 7.63×25mm Mauser, also known as the .30 Mauser Automatic, is a bottlenecked, rimless, centerfire pistol cartridge originally developed for the Mauser C96 service pistol. The cartridge headspaces on the shoulder of its case, and it later served as the basis for the 7.62mm Tokarev cartridge commonly used in Soviet and Eastern Bloc firearms.
