The AGM-122 Sidearm is an American air-to-surface anti-radiation missile built by Motorola between 1986 and 1990 as a lighter, cheaper alternative to the AGM-88 HARM, intended to target radar guided anti-aircraft artillery and surface-to-air missile systems. Weighing about 88.5 kilograms with a range of 16.5 kilometers and a top speed of Mach 2.3, it used a narrow band passive radar seeker and a 25 pound blast fragmentation warhead. It was fitted to platforms including the AV-8B Harrier II, AH-1 SuperCobra and AH-64 Apache, with roughly 700 units built before production ended in 1990; it is no longer in active service.
