The Archer artillery system, officially the Archer FH77 BW L52 or Artillerisystem 08, is a Swedish self-propelled howitzer built by BAE Systems AB with a fully automated 155 mm L52 gun mounted on a modified 6x6 Volvo A30D chassis. It carries an armoured cabin, a remote-controlled weapon station, and support for BONUS submunitions and M982 Excalibur guided projectiles, and entered service with the Swedish Army in February 2016. It is also operated by the United Kingdom and Ukraine, with Latvia due to receive its own systems from 2026.
