The Arrow 3, also called Hetz 3, is an exoatmospheric anti-ballistic missile jointly funded, developed and produced by Israel and the United States, undertaken by Israel Aerospace Industries and Boeing under the Homa administration of the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the United States Missile Defense Agency. It intercepts ballistic missiles, including intercontinental ballistic missiles carrying nuclear, chemical, biological or conventional warheads, outside the atmosphere, its kill vehicle can divert sharply and pivot its sensors so the system can also be adapted to an anti-satellite role, and its reported flight range is up to 2,400 kilometers.
