The Bumbar is a short-range, portable anti-tank guided missile system designed in Serbia in 2005 by the Military Technical Institute and manufactured by the company Krusik, of which only three prototypes were built. It weighs 18 kilograms in total, with a missile 0.9 meters long and 136 millimeters in diameter, a tandem shaped charge warhead rated to penetrate more than 1,000 millimeters of rolled homogeneous armor behind explosive reactive armor, a top speed of 245 meters per second, and semi-automatic wire-guided command to line of sight guidance effective from 60 to 600 meters, with a target engagement time of 4.6 seconds at 600 meters and potential range extension to 1,000 meters under development. It offers a soft launch capability suited to firing from confined spaces in urban combat, uses thrust vectoring exhaust vanes for maneuvering, and incorporates electronic countermeasure protection through CCD sensors and image processing.
