Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless

The Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless is a .32 ACP caliber, self loading, semi-automatic pistol designed by John Browning and built by the Colt Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut, also known as the Model M. A related variant, the Colt Model 1908 Pocket Hammerless, was introduced five years later chambered for .380 ACP. Despite the hammerless name, the pistol has an internal hammer concealed beneath the rear of the slide, letting it be drawn from a pocket without snagging. It remained in production from 1903 to 1945.
