The FP-5 Flamingo is a Ukrainian ground-launched cruise missile developed by the Ukrainian defense firm Fire Point and revealed publicly on 18 August 2025. It carries a 1,150 kilogram warhead and has an operational range of about 3,000 kilometers, giving it reach across much of Russian territory. The missile entered serial production in mid 2025 at an initial rate of around 30 units a month, built around repurposed Soviet era engines and simplified navigation to keep unit cost well below Western cruise missiles such as the Tomahawk.
