The Hwasong-10 is a mobile, intermediate-range ballistic missile developed by North Korea based on the Russian R-27 submarine-launched ballistic missile. First shown publicly at a military parade in October 2010 and tested several times in 2016, with only the 22 June 2016 test judged successful, it has an estimated range of 2,500 to 4,000 kilometers and can carry a conventional or nuclear warhead.
