The Hwasong-15 is a North Korean road-mobile, liquid-fueled intercontinental ballistic missile first tested on November 28, 2017, at Pyongsong. It was the first North Korean ICBM assessed as theoretically able to reach the entire mainland United States, with a reported range of more than 13,000 kilometers, a payload of roughly 1,000 kilograms, and launch from a nine-axle transporter erector launcher. It has since been displayed in military parades in 2018, 2020 and 2022, with a further test reported in February 2023.
