Iron Fist is a hard kill active protection system designed by Israel Military Industries, with a modular design that adapts to platforms ranging from light utility vehicles to heavy armored fighting vehicles. Revealed by IMI in 2006 and expected to enter Israel Defense Forces testing by 2007, it has been tested successfully against rocket propelled grenades, anti tank guided missiles, tank fired high explosive anti tank rounds, and kinetic energy penetrators.
