Little Boy

Little Boy was the atomic bomb developed by the Manhattan Project and dropped by the United States on Hiroshima on 6 August 1945 from the Boeing B-29 Superfortress Enola Gay. It was the first nuclear weapon used in warfare, exploding with an estimated energy of about 15 kilotons of TNT.
