The M-11 Shtorm, given the Soviet designation 4K60 and known to NATO as the SA-N-3 Goblet, is a Soviet naval medium range surface to air missile system built by Scientific Research Institute 10. It was first installed aboard the helicopter carrier Moskva in 1967 and formally entered service in 1969, using twin rail launchers that fired paired missiles at speeds between Mach 2 and 3 against targets as high as 25,000 meters and as far as 30 kilometers away. Only 25 systems were produced, all deployed on Soviet and later Russian warships, and the system never saw combat.
