The RCH 155, Remote Controlled Howitzer 155 mm, is a wheeled self-propelled howitzer developed by Krauss-Maffei Wegmann, now KNDS Deutschland, combining the 155 mm L/52 gun and range of the PzH 2000 with an automated, remotely controlled gun module mounted on a Boxer armoured vehicle platform. It is able to fire while moving, a rare capability among fielded howitzers that supports shoot-and-scoot tactics to avoid counter-battery fire. Production began in 2022, with Qatar and Ukraine already operating the system and Germany and the United Kingdom due to field further units.
