Remington Model 750

Small Arms And Sidearms

The Remington Model 750 was a semi-automatic hunting rifle made by Remington Arms from 2006 to 2015, and the successor to the company's earlier self-loading rifles, the Model 740, Model 742 and Model 7400. It used a gas-operated action and was offered in two main variants: the Woodsmaster, introduced in 2006 with a walnut stock and fore-end, and the Synthetic, introduced in 2007 with a synthetic stock. The rifle was chambered for a range of sporting cartridges, among them .243 Winchester, .270 Winchester, .308 Winchester, .30-06 Springfield and .35 Whelen. Barrels were 18 or 22 inches long, the listed weight was about 7.5 pounds, and magazines of up to ten rounds could be fitted. It carried iron sights and was drilled and tapped for a scope. Remington ended production in 2015.
