The S8000 Banderol is a Russian air launched cruise missile developed by the Kronshtadt Group, with a stated range of about 500 kilometers and a 150 kilogram warhead. Ukrainian military intelligence first disclosed the weapon in May 2025, and it has since been used in the Russo-Ukrainian war. Built for low cost and ease of manufacture, it uses inertial and satellite guidance and flies at roughly 700 kilometers per hour.
