SPEAR is a family of air-launched weapons under development by MBDA UK for the Royal Air Force's Select Precision Effects At Range Capability 3 programme, from which the family takes its name. It currently consists of two variants, SPEAR itself, a 100 kilogram class air-to-surface cruise missile, and SPEAR-EW, an electronic warfare variant used for stand-in jamming or as a decoy.
