9M14 Malyutka

The 9M14 Malyutka, known to NATO as the AT-3 Sagger, is a Soviet wire guided anti-tank missile designed by the Kolomna based Design Bureau of Machine Building and adopted on 16 September 1963. It was the first man portable anti-tank guided missile fielded by the Soviet Union, using manual command to line of sight guidance, and Soviet production peaked at about 25,000 missiles a year during the 1960s and 1970s. Numerous countries built licensed copies, and although superseded by newer systems it remains in use today, particularly among non-state armed groups, for its low cost and effectiveness.
