The Beretta Model 1934 is an Italian compact semi-automatic pistol that was issued as the service pistol of the Royal Italian Army beginning in 1934. Chambered in 9mm Corto, the equivalent of .380 ACP, it served as the standard sidearm of officers, non-commissioned officers and machine gun crews, and remained in production until 1991.
