The PP-90 is a Russian 9mm folding submachine gun developed by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau in Tula for special units of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. When folded it collapses into a compact rectangular shape of about 270 by 90 by 32 millimeters with no protruding parts, making it easy to conceal, and it carries safety mechanisms that prevent firing while folded or with the stock only partly deployed.
