The Winchester Model 1907 is a blowback-operated, semi-automatic rifle produced by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company from 1907 until 1957. It fired an intermediate-power cartridge through a semi-automatic action, fed from a 5, 10 or 15 round detachable box magazine set immediately forward of the trigger guard, and in size and handling resembles the M1 carbine, though it is heavier and fires a harder hitting round.
