All Battles and Campaigns

Individual battles and campaigns folded into one type, ranked alike: a campaign is an extended sequence of battles inside one war, distinguished from a single battle only by its battle-type property where that matters. Belongs here: a named engagement with its own year, location and outcome (the Battle of Gettysburg, the Gallipoli campaign). Does not belong here: the war it was fought inside, which is a war entity this battle carries a fought-in edge to, or a standing force's general history, which is an armed-force entity.
